HOSPITAL

  • Bettye Jo Taylor is at Good Shepherd Longview. Pray for healing of her left arm from a bad fall. (Terri Sloan 6-25-26)
  • Shellie Dalby had her gall bladder removed today, she is in recovery now at Tyler Mother Francis and should be released to send home later today. (Joy Swetnam 6-24-26)
  • Herman Johnson has been admitted to Christus Good Shepard for a heart episode on June 22nd. They will be doing a heart cath today, June 23rd. His Troponin level had indicated heart damage was very high. Pray they find the problem and able to take care of it. (Molly Peyton 6-23-26)

CHURCH MEMBERS 

  • James Ray (Alta Ray's husband) is coming home Saturday from the nursing home. (Alta Ray 6-24-26)
  • Alta Ray is home now and doing better. (Marita Mason 6-24-26)
  • Becky Humphrey is having another biopsy done Thursday at 11 am. Apparently they found something on the scan. Not much information at this time but would love prayers. (Becky Humphrey 6-23-26)
  • Blake & Kristi Jesters are attempting applications for kidney transplant. Blake is giving to Kristi. Please pray their application gets accepted. (Kristi Jesters 6-22-26)
  • Sharon Kufahl, will have her 3 month bloodwork & checkup after chemo on Monday afternoon, on the 22nd. Prayers that all is still going good!!!! (Joy Swetnam 6-22-26)
  • It was Confirmed today, that Becky Humphrey's cancer is reactivated in her skin, but praise Jesus it has not invaded the lymph nodes yet. She sees her Oncologist on the 26th to figure out a game plan. (Becky Humphrey 6-11-26)
  • Donna Cline saw her cardiologist and he said that the echo on her heart is normal, the blood tests came back good. He is gonna do a basic stress test because he thinks all her pain is GI related. Pray for that journey but so grateful it is not  the heart. (Donna Cline 6-11-26
  • Vicki Daniel, cancer survivor, will have her 3 month checkup on Thursday, June 11th, at 11:00 at Texas Oncology.  Blood work then exam. Prayers all will be good. (Vicki Daniel 6-9-26

FAMILY & FRIENDS OF CHURCH MEMBERS

  • David & Terry Robertson, Jenifer Johnson's friend, David is on hospice. (Jenifer Johnson 6-22-26)
  • Krystal Evers dad has cancer and there is nothing else they can do.  (Krystal Evers & Scotts Family 6-22-26)
  • Darrell Gantt, former husband of Freda Gantt, in the hospital in Minnesota for a potential small brain stroke. Prayers for positive outcome. (Freda Gantt 6-22-26)
  • Madeline, Sherri Franklin's granddaughter, got to come home from the hospital after being there for 3 months. Thank you for the prayers. Please pray that she will continue to heal. (Sherri Franklin 6-22-26)
  • Keith Vanliew, a long time friend of Howard Langley & Bill Beadles, took his own life this week leaving behind a wife and kids. Asking for prayer for this family! (Bill Beadles 6-18-26)
  • Ronda Odom, friend of Alta Ray, her son has A-fib and is to have an ablation. Remember them in your prayers. (Marita Mason 6-17-26)
  • Rodney Crawford, prayer for safety. He has not been seen at his house in over 2 weeks. (John Crawford 6-16-26)
  • Savannah Morris, health & recovery. She was born early and is in NICU with breathing problems. (John Crawford 6-16-26)
  • Roga (neighbor of the McAbee's) had a heart attack on Sunday and has 100 percent blockage. They saved her, will do open heart as soon as she is up to it. (Chris McAbee 6-10-26)
  • Joel Kerby (Marsha's husband) is doing about the same. He has stage 4 brain cancer. He went for a checkup yesterday, news wasn't good, but thankful he is still able to attend church. (Joy Swetnam 6-2-26)
  • Leeland Alexander, Chad's dad, was recently diagnosed with heart disease and not doing well. Pray for wisdom & guidance for treatment plans. (Chad Alexander 6-2-26)
  • Patti Hodges, Vicky Warlick , Matt Morton, & Michael Morton's sister has been diagnosed with bone cancer and will soon be starting chemotherapy with extensive shoulder & arm surgery also. She will be traveling to Dallas for all her treatments and Dr. visits. Please pray for her husband also during this difficult time. (Vicky Warlick  6-1-26)
  • Aaron Mason & 2 others making a trip to Peru for "Water For All International." They will be there for 11 days. Prayers for safe travel, health, and success. (Joy Swetnam 6-1-26)
  • Danny Wilhelm, Jerry & Joy Swetnam's friend, is not healing as well as expected. He will go to wound care to promote healing and save the skin on his left hand. (Joy Swetnam 6-1-26)
  • Pam Denmon, Sherri Franklin's sister, has a lump in her lung that is malignant and a lymph node in her chest that is malignant. (Sherri Franklin 5-27-26)
