PRAISE
- Praise God for the students He is bringing to LC Youth on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. We’re thankful for the relationships being built and the opportunity to point students to Jesus. (Brock Martin 9-8-26)
- Praise God that in Kids 4 Christ and Kid's Jr. that we have such an amazing group and that our volunteers get to pour into the kids each week! (Tyler Freeman 9-8-26)
CURRENT MINISTRY NEEDS
- We still need need 2 more women to help lead a girls small group in Kids 4 Christ. (Tyler Freeman 9-8-26)
- We still need more volunteers to serve at Kids Crew Jr. on Sunday morning during worship. (Sam Gilliam 9-8-26)
- Pray for our Community Outreach Homecoming Event , that we will have an amazing turnout for all to come and gather together. (Church Staff 9-8-26)
SYMPATHY
- Doris Williams, Sister of Cheryl Pearson and Daughter of Paul Phillips passed away this morning. Please pray for her family during this time of loss. (Terri Sloan 9-14-26)
- Family of Teddy Hansard former member of FBCLC. Please pray for Marion Hansard who is in the hospital as a result of injuries sustained in the wreck that took Teddy's life. Their daughter Jean called to ask for prayer. Graveside for Teddy may still be on the 19th.
-Marion is doing better and is getting out of rehab tomorrow . She is staying with her son-in-law and family. (Terri Sloan 8-26-26)
The family is looking at having a service in Caldwell and a graveside service in Hughes Springs. Graveside for Teddy will still be on the 19th since Marion will be getting discharged from rehab tomorrow on August 27th.
HOSPITAL
- Alta Ray is back in the hospital at Mother Francis in Tyler with congestive heart and kidney failure. (Marita Mason 9-1-26)
CHURCH MEMBERS
- Becky Humphrey is still doing good and getting better each day and her sister is still here for another 2 weeks to help her out (Chad Alexander 9-1-26)
- Cary Challis does have a broken orbital bone from the car accident. (Brock Martin 8-25-26)
- Janet Stone seems to be doing well (Chad Alexander 8-25-26)
- Herman Johnson was released Wednesday evening and is home getting stronger every day. Thank you for all the prayers. (Linda Johnson 8-21-26)
- Natalie Johnson has an auto immune disease (Brock Martin 8-18-26)
FAMILY & FRIENDS OF CHURCH MEMBERS
- Jeff Miller, stepfather of Bruce Stanton's son Chris, has been diagnosed with a growth on his bladder that looks cancerous. Please pray God's will in this for all concerned. (Bruce Stanton 9-14-26)
- Renee & her husband, friends of Sherry Sparacino. He has been diagnosed with Stage 4 stomach cancer and doctors have told him there is nothing else they can do. But God is in the business of miracles so all prayers would be greatly appreciated! (Sherry Sparacino 9-8-26)
- Shauna Sandez, Kyle Davis's cousin, needs health prayers. (Kyle Davis 8-30-26)
- Please pray for the Kiger family. Crystal, Bettye Jo Taylor's daughter and her grandson, Nick. (Marita Mason 8-30-26)
- Chloe, friend of Chad & Kelly Alexander, is having a c-section and there is a chance that the child may not survive and if does survive there will be many complications. (Chad Alexander 8-25-26)
- Pam Denmon, Sherrie Franklin's sister has started radiation and doing well and has one chemo on Fridays. Thanks for all the prayers. (Sherrie Franklin 8-19-26)
- Blake Dover, friend of Chad & Kelly Alexander. Blake is the Pastor at Southside Baptist. He has kidney cancer. (Chad Alexander 8-18-26)
- Joel Kerby, friend of Bethany Reynolds, he is going back to Houston this week to see his cancer doctor. They are doing some tests to see if cancer cells have entered the fluid around his brain. This would explain his health still declining even though the tumor is not growing. Also pray he is able to make the 4 hour trip well. (Bethany Reynolds 8-18-26)
